从共同语言谈中西医结合的发展道路及可行性
Common language for the development way and feasibility of integrated Chinese and western medicine

当代中国中西医并存的现状使我们不得不面临着中西医结合的问题，但是由于中医是从宏观、整 体、天人相应、机能、动态等方式认识人体，而西医更多是从微观、局部、个体、形态结构、静态等来评估疾 病，正是这些认识上的差异导致两种医学难以结合。然而我们也应该承认中西医学均是以患者作为研究对象， 在临床中均存在很多难题，治疗方法有限、认识疾病并不全面、没有绝对的排斥感、相互之间有很多值得借鉴 的地方等，这些共同特点使得中西医间有结合的可能性，而中西医间结合的最终目的仍是希望整合成一种新的 医学。本文从中西医之间的共同语言谈中西医结合发展道路和可行性。
The present situation of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and western medicine in China makes us have to face the problem of the integrated Chinese and western medicine. However, TCM considers the human and disease from the macro, the whole, the nature, the function, the dynamic and so on; while the western medicine is more microscopic, local, individual, morphological, static and so on. The differences between the two kinds of medicine make it difficult to combine them. Nevertheless, we should admit that there is valuable attraction between TCM and western medicine. For example, the patients are the research objects of the two medical modes; there are many problems in their clinical treatment; treatment methods are limited; mechanisms of the disease are not understood perfectly; there is no absolute rejection between them; and even the two can learn from each other. All these common points increase the possibility of the combination. And the destination of the integration is to create a new medicine. This paper tries to discuss the way and feasibility of the integrated Chinese and Western medicine from the common language of TCM and western medicine
