知情同意：患者知道的越多越好吗？
Informed consent: the more is the better for patients?

知情同意在全世界范围内已被广泛接受，但是其具体实践却因文化、社会经济环境的不同而有很大差异。它本身也存在许多尚未明确的问题，如应该提供给患者信息的广度和深度、具体如何说明、如何正确评价患者的理解能力，等等。我们认为：为了最大程度地保护患者的自主权并做出明智的治疗决策，医师应该根据患者的需求，提供适当数量的信息，避免过多信息对患者产生不利的影响。
Informed consent has been a widely accepted requirement for most research and health care transactions.However, the practice of informed consent varies greatly by culture and social economic context. In addition, there area lot of uncertainty in itself, such as how much information should be disclosed to patients, how to inform patients, howto evaluate the understanding ability of patients, and so on. We suggest that doctors should disclose a certain amount ofinformation based on their patients’ needs and preferences and avoid the adverse effect of information overload on patientsso as to best protect patient autonomy and help them choose a reasonable therapeutic strategy
