中药资源产业化中废弃物资源化的治理优化模式探讨

生态环境的污染已成为制约中国经济发展的瓶颈。中药资源开发利用过程中的废弃物的负外部效应制约了中药资源产业化的可持续性发展。因此从外部性理论角度，借鉴国外废弃物资源化的方法以及循环经济理论，提出中药废弃物资源化治理的优化模式与方法。
The pollution of the ecological environment has become the bottleneck which hinders the development ofChina’s economy. The negative external effects of the waste resulting from the development and utilization of traditionalChinese medicine (TCM) resources also impose restrictions on the sustainable development of the industrialization of TCMresources. Therefore, we need to learn from the methods of resource recovery of discarded materials and the theories ofrecycling economy abroad, and then propose the mode and method of resource recovery optimization of TCM waste fromthe perspective of the externality theory
