医患双方认知差异的因素分析及对策探讨
Factor analysis of doctor-patient cognitive difference and countermeasure discussion

目前，我国医患关系呈现出非常紧张的状态，造成这一状况的原因很多，其中，医患双方认知差异是 重要因素。本文从生物医学模式的局限性和医患双方对疾病的认知、双方动机、对治愈疾病期望值等出发分析了 医患双方认知差异产生的原因，并从树立“以患者为中心”的理念、加强医患双方的有效沟通、尊重彼此的人格 与权利等方面进行了探讨。
At present, doctor-patient relationship in our country is very tense. There are many reasons for this situation. Among them, the cognitive difference between doctors and patients is an important factor. In this paper, we analyzed the factors leading to the doctor-patient cognitive difference by studying the limitations of biomedical model and the gap between doctors and patients in the understanding of diseases and the motivation, expectation of curing diseases etc. Finally, we discussed the countermeasures such as keeping “patient-centered” idea in the mind of doctors, strengthening doctorpatient communication, respecting each other’s personality and rights and so on
