肝干细胞研究进展

肝干细胞是具有自我更新能力和分化为成熟肝细胞与胆管上皮细胞的双向分化潜能的原始细胞。肝干细胞不仅参与了肝脏的稳态维持、损伤修复和肝再生，而且在肝脏疾病的细胞治疗、人工生物肝及肝导向基因治疗中有着巨大的应用潜能。本文对几种主要类型的肝干细胞及它们的来源、分子标志物等进行了综述。
Liver stem cells are primitive cells with self-renewing capacity and bidirectional differentiation potential to differentiate into mature hepatocytes or biliary epithelial cells. Liver stem cells not only play roles in the homeostasis maintenance, injury repair and regeneration of liver, but also have huge potential applications in cell therapy of liver diseases, construction of bioartificial liver and liver-oriented gene therapy.
