急性缺血性脑卒中缺血半暗带影像评估研究进展

急性缺血性脑卒中是最常见的脑血管病，具有发病率高、致死率高、致残率高的特点。缺血半暗带的影像学研究对于患者早期诊断及再灌注治疗具有重要临床意义。本文就国内外计算机断层扫描（CT）和磁共振成像缺血半暗带的评估方法及其优劣进行综述，并探讨一站式多模态CT临床应用的优势。
Acute ischemic stroke (AIS) is the most common cerebrovascular disease with high morbidity, mortality and disability.
