子宫内膜异位症与氧化应激

子宫内膜异位症是育龄期妇女的一种常见的妇科疾病, 近年来其发病率有上升趋势。经典理论未能完全解释其发病机制。研究发现, 子宫内膜异位症患者体内氧化系统与抗氧化系统失衡、氧化标记物增加, 抗氧化剂对子宫内膜异位症具有预防和治疗作用, 说明子宫内膜异位症与氧化应激有关。本文对子宫内膜异位症与氧化应激的相关研究进行综述, 为探讨子宫内膜异位症发病机制及抗氧化治疗的可能性提供参考。
Endometriosis is a common gynecological disorder of the reproductive age, and in recent years there is an increasing tendency in its incidence. Classical theories have failed to fully explain the exact pathogenesis of endometriosis. Previous studies have found the imbalance of oxidation system and antioxidant system and increased oxidation markers in patients with endometriosis, and it has also been found that antioxidants have prevention and treatment effects for endometriosis. All the above suggests that endometriosis is associated with oxidative stress. This article reviewed the correlation of endometriosis with oxidative stress, so as to provide reference for exploring the pathogenesis and possible antioxidant therapy of endometriosis
