植物蔗糖合酶生理功能研究进展

Abstract:

蔗糖合酶(sucrose synthase)是植物糖代谢过程的关键酶,催化蔗糖的合成与分解,在淀粉和纤维素的合成、果实品质的形成、固氮的建立、生殖生长以及糖信号转导等过程中发挥了重要的调控作用。为系统地认识蔗糖合酶及其在植物生命活动中的重要作用,本文概括地介绍了植物蔗糖合酶在结构与定位、生理功能、分子特征、合成与分解活性动态变化以及遗传改良等方面的研究进展,并展望了植物蔗糖合酶的研究趋势,以期为蔗糖合酶的研究提供参考。
Sucrose synthase is one of the most important enzymes involving in plant sugar metabolism,and it catalyzes the synthesis and degradation of sucrose. Sucrose synthase plays an important role in the synthesis of starch and cellulose,the formation of fruit quality,the establishment of nitrogen fixation,reproductive growth and sugar signal transduction. In order to systematically understand the key role of sucrose synthase in plant life,we summarized the research progress of plant sucrose synthase,such as structure and location,physiological function,molecular characteristics,dynamic changes in synthesis and degradation activity,and genetic improvement. Then the future directions of researches on plant sucrose synthase were also suggested. This paper provides reference for the study of sucrose synthase in the future
