犬超声心动参数及地西泮镇静后的变化

Abstract:

[目的]本文旨在研究犬超声心动参数及地西泮镇静后的变化规律。[方法]在二维超声图像引导下,用M模式记录并测量33只健康成年犬右侧胸骨旁心脏长轴四腔观和左心室流出道的左心室舒张末期直径(LVEDD)、收缩末期直径(ESD)、舒张期室间隔厚度(IVSD)、左心室壁舒张期厚度(LVWD)、二尖瓣前叶E峰与室间隔分开的距离(EPSS)、主动脉根直径(Ao)和左心房舒张末期直径(LA),供试犬按体质量分为4组,计算各参数与体质量间的相关性;在此基础上以6只健康成年犬为研究对象,用地西泮镇静后0、5、10、15、20、25、30、35和40 min分别实时记录各参数的变化。[结果]在M模式下各测量值随犬体质量增加而增加,M型超声心动参数的大小与体质量呈明显正相关,两者线性回归关系表现为极显著(P<0.001);用地西泮镇静15 min后左心室EDD平均值显著下降(P<0.05),用药40 min后平均值极显著下降(P<0.01);各组供试犬左心室LVWD及IVSD平均值差异不显著(P>0.05);用药30 min后ESD显著下降;用药20、25及40 min后的EPSS显著下降(P<0.05);用药40 min后Ao显著下降(P<0.05);用药20及40 min后的LA显著下降(P<0.05)。[结论]表明地西泮对犬超声心动图的影响主要表现为缩小左心室舒张末期的直径。
[Objectives] This research aims to study the canine echocardiographic value and its alteration after sedation by diazepam. [Methods] Measure the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),end-systolic diameter(ESD),interventricular septal thickness in diastole(IVSD),left ventricular free wall thickness in diastole(LVWD),E point to septal separation(EPSS),aortic root diameter(Ao),and left atrial diameter(LA) through the long-axis 4 chamber view and long-axis Lü outflow view from the right parasternal location in healthy adult dogs with the guide of two-dimensional echocardiogram;and then measure the echocardiographic values in 6 healthy adult dogs before sedation by diazepam as the reference group,then compare with the echocardiographic values for 0,5,10,15,20,25,30,35 and 40 min after sedation by diazepam. The statistics were analyzed by one-way ANOVA with SPSS 15.0. [Results] The result showed echocardiographic values in dogs increased with the increasing of body weight,and the linear regression analysis indicates significant at 0.001 level. The influence of sedation by diazepam to LVEDD was significance at 0.05 level after 15 min and the influence was significant at 0.01 level after 40 min;the influence to LVWD and IVSD was not significant;the influence to ESD was significant at 0.05 level after 30 min;the influence to EPSS was significant at 0.05 level after 20,25,40 min;the influence to Ao was significant at 0.05 level after 40 min;the influence to LA was significant at 0.05 level after 20 min and 40 min. [Conclusions] The result showed the main effect of diazepam to echocardiographic values was the decrease of end-diastolic diameter(EDD)
