Abstract:

汽车是林业建设中的重要生产设备,由于林业车辆负载大,林区路况差,对车辆进行安全性能检测有着较高的要求,而制动性能的检测对提高林业车辆的安全性具有重要意义。对滚筒反力式制动试验台进行力学分析,得到理论最大制动力; 利用图形化编程语言LabVIEW和NI公司的PCI-6259数据采集卡研发了一种可应用于林业车辆的制动试验台检测系统,实现了车轮制动力、阻滞力等数据的实时检测; 并依据国标GB 7258―2012的有关指标要求,对车辆制动性能的合格性进行评判。对比理论计算与实测结果,可知该检测系统可靠稳定、检测准确,能为车辆故障诊断提供依据,并具有操作简便、界面美观等特点。
Automobiles are the important production equipment in forestry. There is a high requirement on the test of the security performance of forestry vehicles given the heavy loads and poor road conditions they encounter. The test of the braking performance is of great significance in improving the security of forestry vehicles. The mechanical analysis of a rolling anti-force braking test bench was carried out in this study, and the maximum braking force was obtained theoretically. It is based on graphical programming language LabVIEW and NI PCI-6259 data acquisition card, and realizes real-time detection of the data such as wheel braking force and wheel blocking force. According to the latest national standard GB 7258―2012, the system can judge the qualification of vehicle braking performance and compare the theoretical results with the measured ones. The analysis shows that the system is reliable and stable, and can provide reference for stoppage diagnosis. It also features accurate detection, intuitive interface and convenient debugging
