热处理南洋楹木材的热重分析DOI: 10.13360/j.issn.1000-8101.2015.05.019 Keywords: 南洋楹木材, 热处理, 热重分析, 阻燃性能Albizzia falcata wood, heat treatment, thermogravimetric analysis, fire retarding property Abstract: 为考察热处理对南洋楹木材阻燃性能的影响,以过热蒸汽为传热介质和保护性气体,分别在温度为160,180和200 ℃,时间为1,2和3 h的热处理条件下,对南洋楹木材进行高温热处理,并对经热处理的南洋楹木材和未处理对照材进行物理性能测定和热重分析。结果表明,热处理不但降低了木材的含水率,而且还降低了木材的密度;经热处理后,木材的质量损失率变低,说明热处理能改善南洋楹木材的阻燃性能。在相同热处理温度条件下,热处理时间对质量损失率影响不大;在相同热处理时间条件下,随着热处理温度的升高,质量损失率有所减小。和延长热处理时间相比,提高热处理温度对增强木材阻燃性能的效果更为明显。In order to investigate the effect of heat treatment on fire retarding property of Albizzia falcata wood, sample boards were selected and treated at 160, 180 or 200 ℃ for 1, 2 or 3 h using superheated steam as heating medium and shielding gas. Physical property tests and thermogravimetric (TG) analysis were carried out on the treated and control samples. The results showed that heat treatment reduced not only wood moisture content but also wood density. The heat-treated wood exhibited less mass loss, which implied that heat treatment could improve the fire retardance of A. falcata wood. Under the same treating temperature condition, the treating time showed limited influence on the mass loss rate. For the same treating time, higher treating temperature resulted in less mass loss, indicating that higher treating temperature could improve fire retarding properties of A. falcata wood more significantly than prolonged treating time
