桐花树毛颚小卷蛾成虫求偶及交配行为观测DOI: 10.13360/j.issn.1000-8101.2015.05.035 Keywords: 桐花树毛颚小卷蛾, 求偶, 交配Lasiognatha cellifera Meyrick, calling, mating Abstract: 为了解桐花树毛颚小卷蛾化蛹、羽化和交配节律,林间采集老熟幼虫置于室内养虫笼,每天观察、统计化蛹和羽化数量,并将雌雄成虫按照1∶1的性比进行放置,观察成虫在20:00至次日6:00的求偶和交配节律。结果表明,桐花树毛颚小卷蛾全天均可化蛹和羽化,化蛹率81.45%,羽化率26.45%,雌雄蛹比例1.42∶1,雌雄成虫比例1.30∶1。雌、雄成虫求偶时触角竖起、摆动,前翅频繁张开、振动,飞舞跳跃,腹部未见明显弯曲,成虫求偶高峰一般出现在进入暗周期后的2 h左右,交配高峰期出现在0:00时至次日2:00,即进入暗期4~6 h。其中在0:00―2:00时成虫交配平均持续时间最长,持续约70 min。研究结果为开展桐花树毛颚小卷蛾化学生态学研究奠定了基础。The aim of this study was to understand the law of pupation and adult emergence of Lasiognatha cellifera Meyrick and provide the basic information for the chemical ecology research of L. cellifera. The mature larvae collected from field were used to examine the pupation rate and eclosion rate. The calling and mating behaviors of adults were observed with the ratio of male and female 1∶1 from 20:00 to 6:00 next day in cages. The results showed that the pupation rate was 81.45%, eclosion rate was 26.45%, the sex ratio of female and male pupa was 1.42∶1, the ratio of adult was 1.30∶1. The calling adult antennae swung, wings flapped, and the tip of abdomen without bended. The peak time of calling behavior occurred at 2th hour of scotophase, the peak time of mating occurred from 0:00 to 2:00, the 4th-6th hour into scotophase. The mating longest time appeared at 0:00 to 2:00, lasted 70 min. This paper studied the pupation rate, eclosion rate, calling and mating rhythm, found out the right time for extracting sex pheromone of L. cellifera
