粘质沙雷氏菌NJZT-1产灵菌红素培养条件的优化

Abstract:

灵菌红素是一类具有多种生物活性的天然红色素的总称,主要由粘质沙雷氏菌产生,通常都有3 个吡咯环组成的甲氧基吡咯骨架结构。灵菌红素具有抗肿瘤、免疫抑制、抗菌性、抗疟疾等多种生物学活性。通过单因素实验,分析了碳源、氮源、无机盐、表面活性剂、初始pH、培养温度等因素对粘质沙雷氏菌生长量及灵菌红素合成的影响。结果表明:粘质沙雷氏菌最佳产灵菌红素的培养条件为温度28 ℃,pH 7.0,培养基中碳源为淀粉,氮源为乙酸铵,无机盐为FeCl3,表面活性剂为二甲亚砜(DMSO),在此条件下粘质沙雷氏菌产灵菌红素条件为最佳。
Prodigiosin(PG) is produced by a variety of microorganisms with many kinds of biological activities such as antitumor, immunosuppressive, antibacterial activities. They usually existed three pyrrole ring composed of methoxy radical pyrrole skeleton structure. In this paper, we analyed mass growth of Serratia marcescens and the production of prodigiosin using the single factor experiments including the factors such as the carbon source, nitrogen source, inorganic salt, surfactant, initial pH and temperature. The results showed that optimal culture conditions for enhancing the production of prodigiosin by S. marcescens were the following, temperature 28 ℃, pH 7.0, starch was culture medium carbon source,ammo??nium, acetate as nitrogen source,FeCl3 as inorganic salt,dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) as surfactant
