Abstract:

环氧树脂改性生漆是将提取出的漆酚与甲醛缩聚后再与环氧树脂交联反应后调制的一种改性生漆,与原生漆相比,其性能有了很大提高,如光泽度、硬度、耐磨性、附着力、耐腐蚀性、干燥时间、致敏性等。但其涂饰工艺复杂且效率低,因此将传统工艺与新技术结合具有重要意义。笔者以UV树脂油墨为主体材料,采用研磨分散法处理环氧树脂改性生漆,且辅以其他助剂配制出可用于数码喷印技术的UV生漆油墨,并通过测试UV生漆油墨的漆膜性能,探讨了环氧树脂改性生漆与UV油墨的调制比例对UV生漆油墨漆膜性能的影响。结果表明,此种方法配制的UV生漆油墨漆膜性能良好,其中当环氧树脂改性生漆与UV油墨的质量比为0.10~0.15时,体系分散性较好,漆膜性能最佳。
Epoxy resin modified lacquer is compounded by the polymerization of extracted urushiol and formaldehyde at first, and then by the crosslinking reaction with epoxy resin. Compared with the raw lacquer, the film performances of the modified lacquer, such as the gloss, hardness, adhesion, corrosion resistance, drying time, sensitivity, has been greatly improved. However, the finishing process is complex and the efficiency is very low. Therefore, the combination of traditional process and new technology is of great significance. This paper discusses the UV lacquer ink used in the digital ink-jet printing technology, which is made of UV ink as the main raw material and supplemented by the epoxy resin modified lacquer. The methods of grinding and dispersing is used to dispose the UV ink and epoxy resin modified lacquer, as well as combined with other additives. Above all, the study tests the film properties of the UV lacquer ink, including gloss, hardness, adhesion, wearing resistance, roughness, resistance of cold-hot temperature and fluid. Furthermore, this research explores the influence of the adding ratio of epoxy resin modified lacquer and UV ink on its film properties. The results show that the UV lacquer ink has good film properties, especially when the ratio of epoxy resin modified lacquer to UV ink is from 0.10 to 0.15, which has the best system dispersion and film properties
