空心箭竹的纤维形态特征

Abstract:

对空心箭竹的纤维形态进行了显微观察与系统分析。结果表明:空心箭竹纤维的平均长度为1.79 mm,宽度为14.25 μm,长宽比为134.27,细胞壁厚为2.79 μm,腔径为8.71 μm,壁腔比为1.15。空心箭竹纤维长度的轴向变化规律为中部>基部>梢部,中部与基部均极显著大于梢部,但中部与基部差异不显著。无论在龄级还是部位上,茎秆横切面上纤维细胞壁厚变化规律为竹青>竹黄,而纤维长度却为竹黄>竹青。Ⅰ龄级与Ⅲ龄级纤维细胞壁极显著厚于Ⅱ龄级,而Ⅰ龄级与Ⅲ龄级之间差异并不显著。Ⅲ龄级第8节节间纤维长度在靠近节部的位置较长,纤维宽度较宽,龄级和部位是空心箭竹纤维形态特征的显著影响因素。
Morphological characteristics of Fargesia edulis fibers were microscopically observed and systematically analyzed. The results showed that the average fiber length was 1.79 mm, the average tangential diameter was 14.25 μm, the average length to tangential diameter ratio was 134.27, the average wall thickness was 2.79 μm, the average lumen diameter was 8.71 μm, and the average wall thickness to lumen diameter ratio was 1.15. Along the longitudinal direction of the bamboo, the longest fibers were found in the middle part, followed by the bottom part and the top part. The length difference between middle fibers and bottom fibers was not significant, but both of them were significantly longer than that of the top fibers. Regardless of age and position, the average wall thickness of outer layer fibers was longer than that of the inner layer fibers in the radial direction, while the relationship was reversed with respect to fiber length. The cell wall thickness of the Ⅰ-age-class bamboo was statistically same as that of the Ⅲ-age-class bamboo, they were both much thicker than that of the Ⅱ-age-class bamboo. The length and tangential diameter of fibers adjacent to the node of the 8th internode of Ⅲ-age-class Fargesia edulis were relatively longer and larger. Age class and position significantly influenced the fiber morphological charasteristics of Fargesia edulis
