Abstract:

简要介绍了网带式单板干燥机节能监控系统的原理及构成。采用PLC作为主控设备,搭载配套的触摸屏实现了良好的人机交互。通过人机界面的设计,分别实现了系统手/自动控制的切换、触摸屏对电机启停的直接控制以及节能工艺中重要参数的实时显示,其中,参数变化还通过曲线的方式加以显示,以便于总结规律找出最佳参数。该系统操作简单,便于操作人员调试和控制,不仅降低了生产成本,而且减少了人力资源。
This paper introduced the theory and composition of the energy??saving monitoring system for mesh wire veneer dryer. The system used programmable logic controller (PLC) as the main control device and was equipped with touch screen to achieve good human??computer interaction. The manual/automatic control switch, the touch screen motor control and the real??time display of the main technical parameters were realized by means of the design of the human??computer interface. In addition, the parameters were displayed by plots for the convenience of getting optimal parameters. This system was easy to configure and control, reducing both production and labor costs
