半机械化柠条打捆机构的设计与仿真DOI: 10.13360/j.issn.1000-8101.2015.06.030 Keywords: 柠条, 打捆机构, ADAMS, 设计与仿真Caragana, binding device, ADAMS, design and simulation Abstract: 根据对柠条打捆机构的要求,基于虚拟仿真技术,建立了柠条打捆机构的三维模型,通过ADAMS软件对柠条打捆机构进行了运动与动力学仿真分析,发现整个柠条打捆机构运行流畅,未出现干涉情况。关键部件的运动情况表明,其位移和速度等变化情况在设计范围之内。此外,通过施加柠条捆对拨杆的反向作用力,分析了油缸的受力情况,为后续设计的开展提供了依据。A 3D model of Caragana binding device was built based on virtual simulation technology. The kinetic and dynamic simulation analyses of the device were made by using Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems(ADAMS). The results showed that the Caragana binding device ran smoothly without interference phenomenon. The movement of the key components showed that the displacement and velocity variation were within the design limits. The reverse force from Caragana heap was added to analyze the force condition of the hydraulic cylinder, which would provide the basis for the subsequent design
