两种大豆蛋白胶的化学结构分析

Abstract:

采用红外光谱、动态热机械分析和氢核磁共振波谱法对“120”和“140”这2种大豆蛋白胶的化学结构进行分析。结果表明:“140”胶中羟基、氨基和羰基含量高于“120”胶,“120”胶中羧基含量高于“140”胶; “120”胶的储存模量和固化温度分别为3 500 MPa和120 ℃左右,“140”胶的储存模量和固化温度分别为2 600 MPa和150 ℃左右; “120”胶黏剂中含―NH2、―CH2―COOH、―CH2―COO―CH2―、―R―CH2―OH和Ph―OH等基团,可与竹材表面形成具有高键能的醚键,具有良好的胶合性能。
The chemical structures of two soybean adhesives(“120”and“140”)were analyzed using infrared spectroscopy, dynamic mechanical analysis and proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H-NMR). The results showed that the contents of hydroxyl group, amino group and carbonyl group were higher in “140” adhesive than in “120” adhesive, while the content of carboxyl group was higher in “120” adhesive.The storage modulus and curing temperature of “120” adhesive were 3 500 MPa and 120 ℃, respectively. With respect to “140” adhesive, these two values were 2 600 MPa and 150 ℃, respectively. The “120” adhesive exhibited good bonding performance because it contained ―NH2,―CH2―COOH,―CH2―COO―CH2―,―R―CH2―OH and Ph―OH groups, which could form high energy ether bonds with bamboo surface
