棉秸秆含水率及粒径对颗粒燃料性能的影响

Abstract:

以棉秸秆为原料,利用环模式颗粒成型机制备颗粒燃料,通过研究原料粒径及含水率的变化对颗粒燃料的成粒率、长度、直径、颗粒密度、机械耐久性、灰分及低位发热值的影响规律,探索棉秸秆颗粒燃料的较佳制备方法。结果表明:原料的含水率及粒径对颗粒燃料的基本性能有明显的影响,当原料含水率控制在20%左右,原料粒径为2~4 mm时,颗粒燃料显示出了较佳的性能特征,具有较大的商业推广价值。
The cotton stalk pellet was produced with biomass circular mould pelleting machine. The optimal preparation method of cotton stalk pellet was explored by the effect of moisture content and particle size of cotton stalk on fundamental properties, such as rate of pellet, length, diameter, cell density, mechanical durability, ash content and lower heating va-lue of pellet. The results showed that these two factors obviously inflnenled on the basic properties of pellet. The cotton stalk pellets exhibited superior properties when the moisture content of cotton stalk particle was about 20% and the particle size was between 2 and 4 mm
