新时代党法协同干部工作制度体系的法治建设

干部工作制度体系是有关干部工作的党的制度和国家法律的有机整体。在新的时代，干部工作制度体系有了重大发展，即发展成为党法协同的干部制度体系。对于党法协同干部工作制度体系法治建设而言，起点在于强调干部工作的全部内容、过程、程序都用法律和制度进行规范并加以严格遵守和执行，其中心环节是正确处理好党的制度与国家法律之间的关系。加强党法协同干部工作制度体系法治建设，应当抓好制度制定、制度执行、制度监督和制度普及这四个方面的工作。
They system for governing party officials is an intersection between the CPC’s rules and China’sstate law. In the new era, this system has developed into a new form, i.e. the coordination between the Party’ssystem and the state law. In terms of the development of rule of law in this regard, the first priority is to ensurethat the governance of party officials should be strictly based on law and established institutions, the core linkof which is to coordinate the Party’s rules and regulations with the state law. The success of this work lies in theestablishment, implementation, supervision and education of the relevant systems and institutions
