论“四个全面”战略布局的内在逻辑――以改革发展稳定的辩证统一为视角

改革、发展、稳定既是中国特色社会主义理论体系的基本范畴，也是事关坚持和发展中国特色社会主义全局的战略性问题，“四个全面”战略布局体现了改革、发展、稳定的辩证统一关系。“四个全面”战略布局，是对马克思主义社会基本矛盾学说的深刻反映，是新的时代条件下坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的本质要求，是经济新常态下保持改革发展稳定三者平衡的必然要求，体现了中国特色社会主义理论逻辑、历史逻辑、实践逻辑的高度统一。实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标，必须正确处理改革发展稳定的辩证统一关系，持续地协调推进“四个全面”战略布局。
Reform, development and stability form three basic categories of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, thus constituting the strategic issue of maintaining and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics. The strategic layout of Four Comprehensives proposed by Xi Jinping embodies the dialectical unity of reform, development and stability. This strategic blueprint is a profound reflection of Marxist theory of social basic contradictions, the essential requirement of maintaining and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and the necessary requirement of striking a balance between reform, development and stability in the context of the new economic normal. It also shows a successful integration of theoretical logic, historical logic and practical logic of socialism with Chinese Characteristics. In order to achieve the Two Centenary Goals, we have to correctly deal with the relationship of dialectical unity between reform, development and stability and to continuously promote the strategic layout of Four Comprehensives in a coordinated manner
