关系重构与技巧训练――人际认知问题解决视野下的心理治疗

人际认知问题解决是基于认知―行为心理治疗体系的一个重要范式，它建立在“人们所面临的问题都是人际关系问题”这一认识基础之上，因此它重视人际问题产生的关系因素，强调问题解决的过程定向，注重可选择性的问题解决思维方式的形成，并在对患者社会适应不良状况进行关系重建的基础上提出针对性的问题解决技巧训练以解决人际适应不良问题，从而为当代心理治疗范式的整合与发展提供了新取向。
Interpersonal cognitive problem-solving therapy is an important paradigm of the contemporarycognitive-behavioral psychotherapy system. It is built on such a notion tha“t the problems that people face are allrelated to interpersonal relationships”，so it attaches great importance to the relationship factors of interpersonalproblems，emphasizing the orientation towards the problem-solving process and focusing on developing themode of alternative thinking. And on the basis of relationship reconstruction intended to overcome the patient s’ill social adaptation，this paper puts forward that we can provide the patients with special training to help themacquire the skills needed in solving the problems with interpersonal adaptation，so as to provide a new directionfor the integration and development of the modern psychotherapy paradigm
