我国医患关系的人际-群际嬗变――兼论“师古方案”的可行性

医患关系危机成为学界共同关注的重要议题，一些研究者提出借鉴甚至回归到传统医患关系模式的解决方案，这种“师古方案”的可行性并未得到论证。本文基于社会心理学视角，分析了传统医学模式和现代医学模式在医患互择、人际互动等方面的差异性，认为我国医患关系发生了从传统到现代的人际-群际嬗变，而社会转型和医疗体制改革则凸显了其中的群际属性，使我国的医患关系表现出明显的群际特征。最后，基于医患关系的人际-群际嬗变和转型期的社会背景，本文对“师古方案”的现实可行性进行了考量。
The crisis of doctor-patient relationship has been an important issue in the academic circles. Asolution by following the traditional doctor-patient relationship model has been proposed，but its feasibilityremain to be examined. From a socio-psychological perspective，this paper analyzes the differencesbetween traditional and modern medical models concerning mutual choices and interpersonal interactionbetween doctors and patients and shows that the doctor-patient relationship has undergone a change from theinterpersonal relationship to the inter-group one：the intergroup attribute of the relationship between doctors andpatients has been highlighted in the process of social transformation and the reform of medical system. Finally，based on the interpersonal-intergroup change of doctor-patient relationship and the social background in thetransition period，we discuss the practical feasibility of“ following the traditional solution
