经济哲学视域下劳动观念的嬗变及现代性反思――基于改革开放40 年来的实践总结

在经济哲学视域下，劳动观念的变迁不仅体现出中国现代性发育的特殊轨迹，更彰显出中国特色社会主义制度的优越性。对劳动观念进行经济哲学追问，可以为我们研判中国未来社会经济发展、人性伦理观念变革趋势提供积极的理论参考坐标。改革开放40 年来的实践表明，劳动观念的嬗变主要体现为三个向度：一是劳动范畴外延扩大、内涵加深；二是市场化劳动关系的建立，使劳动伦理呈现复杂的形态；三是进入新时代以来，坚持人民主体地位成为劳动观念的核心价值。
From the perspective of economic philosophy, the change of the idea of labor not only reflects thespecial track of the development of modernity in China, but also reveals the strength of the socialist systemwith Chinese characteristics. Examining the development of the idea of labor can provide us with an effectiveframe of theoretical reference for understanding China’s social and economic development in the future andthe tendency for change in the ideas of human nature and ethics in China. Practice in the past 40 years sinceChina’s inception of reform and opening up has shown that the evolution of the idea of labor is mainly reflectedin the following three dimensions. First, the extension of the concept of labor has been enlarged and its intensiondeepened. Second, establishment of market-oriented relations of labor renders ethics concerning labor morecomplex. Third, since the arrival of the new era, ensuring people the principal position has become part of thecore values of the idea of labor
