论系统化认知发展治疗方法 ――一种强调系统和关系维度的建构主义家庭治疗

系统化的认知发展治疗,是一种后现代的心理治疗取向。它强调疾病叙事的系统的、关系的维度,认为所有的心理疾病在表现形式上都包含关系的成分,只有理解了关系对心理疾病的建构,才能确定合理的心理治疗方案。系统化的认知发展治疗,以家庭为研究单位,通过调整家庭成员之间以及家庭与社区环境之间的关系,创造可选择性的疾病叙事方式,制订不同取向的干预措施来重新建构关系的平衡,进而解决心理障碍。
Systemic cognitive-developmental therapy(SCDT)is a postmodern therapy that emphasizes the systemic and relational dimensions of illness narrative. The central thesis of SCDT is that all manifestations of psychological distress have a relational component and that only by understanding how the relational systems construct their interpretations and reactions to this distress can therapists select an appropriate treatment. Starting with the family unit and working internally with its members and externally with the wider social environment, SCDT creates alternative illness narratives and designs different measures to re-construct the relational balance so as to effectively treat psychological disorders
