解决社会主要矛盾的改革方法论问题

中国特色社会主义进入新时代所表现出来的社会主要矛盾意味着，我国发展仍处于重要战略机遇期，前景十分光明，挑战也十分严峻，为了着力解决发展不平衡不充分的一些突出问题，就必须大力推进和继续深化供给侧结构性改革，这是改革开放2.0 版的重要方法论。深化改革必须进一步改变仍然很顽固的思想和利益格局，这也是“进行新的历史特点的伟大斗争”的主要内容。只有用这个方法，才能为本世纪中叶建成富强民主文明和谐美丽的社会主义现代化强国交上更出色的成绩单。
The principal social contradiction facing China when it has entered a new era of socialism withChinese characteristics means that its development is still in a stage which is full of important strategicopportunities: The prospects are bright, but the challenges are also very serious. In order to solve the prominentproblems caused by unbalanced and insufficient development, China has to vigorously promote and deepensupply-side structural reforms, which is an important methodology of“reform and opening-up 2.0.”Todeepen the reform should further change the still stubborn ideology and the existent interest pattern, which isalso the main content of undertaking“a great struggle with many contemporary features.”Only in this waycan we achieve our goals to build China with a two-step approach into a great modern socialist country that isprosperous, strong, democratic, culturally advanced, harmonious, and beautiful by the middle of the century
