转录因子DEC1在肿瘤发生发展过程中的作用

转录因子DEC1属于bHLH家族，与肿瘤细胞增殖分化、淋巴细胞成熟、生物节律调节、免疫应答以及应激反应密切相关。近期研究表明，多种肿瘤组织和肿瘤细胞中DEC1异常高表达，且肿瘤组织中DEC1的表达与肿瘤分级相关。本文重点介绍DEC1与肿瘤细胞增殖、凋亡、衰老以及侵袭转移等表型之间的关系，从而进一步阐释DEC1在肿瘤发生发展中的作用。
DEC1 is a basic helix-loop-helix(bHLH)transcription factor involved in the regulation of cell proliferation, cell differentiation, lymphocytes maturation, circadian rhythms, immune response and response to hypoxia. Recent studies have revealed that the expression of DEC1 is abnormally high in various tumor tissues and cells. In addition, the expression of DEC1 in the tumor tissue is related to the malignancy of various cancer types. This paper, therefore, focuses on the relationship between DEC1 and proliferation, apoptosis, cellular senescence, invasion and metastasis of tumor cells, in order to elaborate the role of DEC1 in the pathogenesis and progression of tumor
