羊乳中环腺苷酸(cAMP)和环鸟苷酸(cGMP)变化规律的研究DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1673-1689.2017.01.007 Keywords: 羊乳 环腺苷酸 环鸟苷酸goat milk,cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP),cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP) Abstract: 采用酶联免疫法检测羊乳中环腺苷酸(cAMP)和环鸟苷酸(cGMP)质量浓度及变化规律。结果表明,羊初乳中cAMP和cGMP质量浓度变化较大,cAMP质量浓度在产羔后第4 d时较高,而cGMP在产羔第1 d时质量浓度较高;常乳中cAMP和cGMP质量浓度显著高于初乳和末乳(p<0.05);日泌乳量越大,羊乳中cAMP和cGMP质量浓度越高;每天挤奶2次的羊乳中cAMP和cGMP质量浓度显著高于每天挤奶1次的羊乳(p<0.05);奶山羊在产羔2~5胎时羊乳中cAMP和cGMP质量浓度显著高于产羔第1、6、7胎的质量浓度(p<0.05)。The concentration and variation of cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP) and cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP) in goat milk were investigated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The results showed that the concentrations of cAMP and cGMP in colostrum exhibited considerable variation. The concentration of cAMP reached the highest value at 4-day postpartum check,while that of cGMP at the first day. The concentration of either cAMP or cGMP in mature milk was significantly higher than that in colostrum and late lactation milk(p<0.05) and increased when daily milk yield enhanced. The higher contents of cAMP and cGMP in goat milk milking twice a day were remarkably observed in that milking once a day(p<0.05). The concentrations of cAMP and cGMP in milk from second to fifth parities' goat were extremely higher than the 1st/6th/7th parities (p<0.05)
