MWCNT纳米结构表面对过冷流动沸腾的影响

Abstract:

为研究多壁碳纳米管(Multi-walled Carbon Nanotube, MWCNT)纳米结构表面对流动沸腾的影响,使用化学气体沉积方法在硅表面制备多壁碳纳米管纳米结构表面,并应用于过冷流动沸腾实验中,实验过程中采用不同的流体温度和流体速度.结果表明,对比硅表面, MWCNT表面能够有效地提高流动沸腾传热效果,热流密度最高提高165%;在流速为118~227 kg/m2·s情况下,MWCNT纳米结构表面的作用效果在流速较高、加热面温度较高的情况下较为明显.
MWCNT (Multi-walled Carbon Nanotube) nanostructured surface was fabricated by CVD(Chemical Vapor Deposition) method on the silicon surface and utilized in flow boiling experiment to reveal its effect on subcooled flow boiling. The experiment was conducted with fluid of different temperatures and different velocities. Results show that as comparing with bare silicon surface at the same condition, MWCNT surface can enhance the subcooled flow boiling effectively with the heat flux increasing by up to 165%. Consequently, the enhancement is more obvious with higher velocities and higher surface temperature at the velocity between 118 kg/m2·s and 227 kg/m2·s.
