定常抽吸与非定常脉动抽吸对高负荷压气机叶珊性能的影响

Abstract:

提出一种新的非定常流动控制技术——非定常脉动抽吸,并将其应用到某高负荷压气机中,以达到控制流动分离的目的.在时均抽吸量ms= 0.4%和ms=0.53 %时,相比定常抽吸,在一个给定的激励频率范围内,非定常脉动抽吸在降低总压损失系数方面均显示出很大的优势,且分别存在一个最佳的激励频率,使得总压损失减小分别达9.4 %和14.2 %.在相同时均抽吸量下,非定常脉动抽吸控制流动分离的效果明显优于定常抽吸,其中,在时均抽吸量 ms= 0.29 %时,非定常脉动抽吸相比定常抽吸损失减小了11.6 %.
Unsteady pulsed suction (UPS) as a new unsteady flow control technology was proposed and used in a highly loaded compressor cascade to control flow separation. Comparing with steady constant suction (SCS), UPS shows great advantages in reducing the total pressure loss coefficient in a given excitation frequency range with the time-averaged suction flow rate ms=0.4 % and ms=0.53 %, and there is an optimal excitation frequency respectively, resulting in a decrease in total pressure loss of 9.4 % and 14.2 % respectively. The effect of UPS on control flow separation is better than that of SCS with the same timeaveraged suction flow rate, and when the time-averaged suction flow rate ms= 0.29 %, the loss for UPS is reduced by 11.6 % compared to SCS.
