Abstract: 为克服当前港口安全评价的主观随意性,提出基于熵权-TOPSIS的港口安全评价模型.首先,在分析港口安全管理系统的基础上,提出人-机-货-环-管五大核心评价指标;然后,借助熵权-TOPSIS的方法构建港口安全综合评价模型;通过采集国内具有代表性的10家港口企业数据,对港口安全评估进行实证研究.结果表明:熵权-TOPSIS结合的综合评价模型可有效改善评价结果的客观性和可靠度,帮助港口企业及时发现安全问题,明确改进方向,降低事故产生率.In order to overcome the arbitrariness of port evaluation, a new port evaluation model was proposed by using entropy weight-TOPSIS. Firstly, the evaluation index of man-machine-cargo-environment-management was put forward based on analyzing the port security management system. Secondly, a comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy weight-TOPSIS was constructed. Finally, an empirical study was carried out by collecting the data from ten representative domestic port enterprises. Results show that the proposed model can effectively improve the objectivity and reliability of the evaluation results, which can help the port enterprises to find security issues in time, and then give a direction to the port enterprises for reducing the accident rate.
