轴承变位对舰船轴系振动特性影响计算及试验

Abstract:

针对轴承变位对轴系振动特性影响较大的问题,采用有限转子动力学计算轴承变位对轴系振动特性的影响规律.以某轴系试验台为研究对象,在ANSYS中建立其有限元模型,采用有限元转子动力学分别计算轴系在直线状态下和轴承变位情况下的振动特性.根据理论计算结果,在轴系试验台上分别测试轴系在直线状态下和轴承变位情况下的振动特性.试验表明:采用有限元转子动力学计算所得的轴系振动响应规律与实测值基本一致.
Aiming at the problem that the vibration characteristic of marine shaft system was influenced greatly by bearing displacement, the finite element rotor dynamics method was proposed to calculate the influence of bearing displacement on vibration characteristic of marine shaft system. Firstly, finite element model was established in ANSYS by taking a test bench as the study object, and the vibration characteristic of shaft system in linear state and bearing displacement state was calculated respectively by using finite element rotor dynamics method. Furthermore, the vibration characteristic of shaft system test bench in linear state and bearing displacement state were measured respectively. Results show that the vibration response of both calculating and measuring coincides basically.
