Abstract: 将直接转矩控制理论运用于主海水泵以实现泵的变频控制,在保证系统冷却量满足所需热负荷的前提下,根据不同主机负荷和不同海水温度来调节海水泵转速,并运用MATLAB/Simulink软件对整个系统进行建模与仿真.结果表明,该系统可根据不同主机负荷和不同海水温度实现海水泵转速的自动调节,具有良好的转速、转矩动态响应.此外,相比工频模式,还有效减少了能源消耗.The direct torque control theory was applied to achieving variable frequency control of the main seawater pump. Under the premise of ensuring the system cooling capacity to meet the requirement of heat load, the pump speeds were varied with different thermal load and sea water temperature, and the modeling and simulation of whole system were completed by using MATLAB/Simulink software. Simulation results show that the proposed system can adjust the speed of seawater pump automatically according to the different thermal load of main engine and different seawater temperature to reach a good speed and torque dynamic response. In addition, the energy consumption can be effectively reduced as compared with power frequency mode.
