大型商船分离型轮机仿真实验平台的设计

Abstract:

针对现有轮机仿真系统数据封闭、UI与模型耦合性强、模型利用率低的缺点,基于软件工程中的软件架构设计思想,采用UML建模、数学建模、计算机仿真、计算机通信、智能控制等理论与技术设计分离型轮机仿真实验平台.平台在机舱监测报警系统和三维虚拟机舱中得到应用.应用结果表明,仿真平台具有数据透明、数据点丰富、仿真模型可多次利用的优点.仿真平台可以在实验室环境下代替实船机舱所产生的数据,为船舶的智能化、无人化研究提供了基础实验平台.
Aiming at the shortcomings of data sealing, strong coupling between UI and model and low utilization of model for existing marine engine room simulation (MERS), a separated MERS platform was designed by using UML modeling, mathematical modeling, computer simulation, computer communication and intelligent control based on the idea of software architecture design. The platform was applied in Engine Room Monitoring & Alarm System and 3D Virtual Engine Room, which shows that MERS gains the advantages of transparent data, full data point and recyclable simulation model. Data generated by real merchant engine room can be replaced by MERS in laboratory environment, which provides a basic experiment platform for the research of unmanned and intelligent ship.
