装卸设备更替下减少堆场碳排放量的研究Keywords: 国家自然科学基金面上资助项目(71471110),上海市科委创新资助项目(16DZ1201402,16040501500). Abstract: 用于集装箱堆场的橡胶轮胎式龙门起重机(RTG)服役时间长、设备老化是码头堆场碳排放量增加的主要原因. 针对这一问题, 考虑用全自动轨道式龙门起重机(RMG)对其进行替换.在堆场计划作业量不变的基础上,以降低堆场碳排放量为约束,建立多阶段混合整数规划模型.算例分析结果表明,在碳排放减少30%的约束下,堆场年度作业成本减少约491万元,自动化改造成本可在29年内回收;随着单台RMG月工作能力的提升,改造成本和成本回收时间将大幅缩减.The long service time of rubber tyred gantry crane (RTG) and the aging of the equipment used in the container yard are the main reasons for the increase of carbon emissions in the dock yard. To solve this problem, the rail mounted gantry crane (RMG) is used to replace RTG. Based on the constant amount of planned operation of storage yard, a multi-stage mixed integer programming model was established to reduce the carbon emission of storage yard. The example analysis results show that the annual operation cost of the yard was reduced by 4.91 million yuan under the constraint of 30% reduction in carbon emission, and the automation transformation cost can be recovered in 29 years. With the improvement of the monthly work capacity of a single RMG, the reconstruction cost and the cost recovery time will be significantly reduced.
