液体氟橡胶的动力黏度

Abstract:

以氧化降解法制备的液体端羧基氟橡胶和官能团转化法合成的液体端羟基氟橡胶为研究对象,采用DV2T型旋转黏度仪对影响动力黏度的多个因素进行系统研究.结果表明,液体氟橡胶的单体组成对其动力黏度影响最大,分子量对其动力黏度影响较大,分子量分布和端基官能团的种类对其动力黏度影响较小;温度为30℃~70 ℃时,动力黏度随温度的升高而降低,在30℃~50℃时,动力黏度降幅很大,在50℃以上时,动力黏度趋于平稳, 为15 Pa·s左右.
The liquid carboxylterminated fluoroelastomer prepared by the oxidative degradation method and the liquid hydroxylterminated fluoroelastomer synthesized by the functionalized method were chosen as studying objects, and the multiple factors influencing the dynamic viscosities of fluoroelastomers were systematically studied by DV2T viscometer. Results show that the monomer compositions of liquid fluoroelastomers have the greatest influence on the dynamic viscosities, and the molecular weights have a greater influence on the dynamic viscosities, and the molecular weight distribution and the type of end groups have little effect on the dynamic viscosities. For the temperature between 30 ℃ ~70 ℃, the dynamic viscosity decreases with the increase of temperature, and when the temperature is 30 ℃~50 ℃, the dynamic viscosity decreases greatly, and when the temperature is above 50 ℃, the dynamic viscosity tends to be stable, which is about 15 Pa·s.
