轮毂型式对旋转冲压压缩转子性能的影响

Abstract:

为改善旋转冲压压缩转子的总体性能,通过改变轮毂面沿流向的形状,获得具有不同压缩面及扩压面型式的改型方案,并采用ANASYS-FLUENT 6.3对不同方案的三维流场进行数值研究.结果表明,改变压缩面的曲率变化规律可以改变旋转冲压压缩转子内部激波系结构,并影响轮毂近壁区的流场结构以及总体性能;增加承压段的长度可以提高旋转冲压压缩转子的增压比,而增加扩压面的长度可以提高其效率以及总压恢复系数;方案Length-5的性能表现最佳,其效率较原型方案提升3.32%,增压比较原型方案提升7.31%.
In order to improve the overall performance of the ram-rotor, the modifications with different compression ramp and diffuser surface were obtained by changing the hub shape along flow direction. Then ANASYS-FLUENT 6.3 was adopted to simulate the flow field of different schemes. Results show that the shock wave structure can be changed by changing the curvature of compression ramp, and flow structure near the hub and overall performance of the ram-rotor would be affected. The total pressure ratio of the ram-rotor will increase with the length of bearing section increasing. The ram-rotor has higher efficiency and total pressure recovery coefficient when diffuser surface is longer. Case Length-5 has the best performance whose efficiency and total pressure ratio increase respectively by 3.32% and 7.31% compared with the original scheme.
