纤维素/沸石复合材料的制备、表征及吸附性能研究

Abstract:

为了去除被污染的地下水和地表水中的镉元素,进行了吸附处理研究.从小麦秸秆中提取纤维素,用 1mol/L的KCl盐溶液改性天然沸石,然后以质量比为1∶5的比例进行复合,制备纤维素/沸石复合材料.从扫 描电镜和红外光谱图分析,纤维素与沸石成功复合在一起.将纤维素/沸石复合材料作为吸附剂处理初始浓度为 100μg/L的含镉水样,探讨了吸附时间、吸附剂投加量、吸附温度、pH对吸附性能的影响,并研究了复合材 料对镉的吸附动力学.结果表明,当吸附时间为30min,吸附剂投加量为1.0g/L,pH为8.5,吸附温度为30℃ 时,对镉的去除率均达到95%以上;且纤维素/沸石复合材料对水中微量镉的吸附过程很好地符合Freundlich吸 附等温模型和Lagergren二级速率方程.
Inordertoremovethecadmiumfromthecontaminatedgroundwaterandsurfacewater,theadsorptiontreat? mentwascarriedout.Thewheatstrawcelluloseandsaltmodifiedzeolitewerecompoundedatamassratioof1∶5topre? parethecellulose/zeolitecompositematerials.SEMandFTIRresultsshowedthatcelluloseandzeoliteweresuccessfully combined.Cellulose/zeolitecompositematerialswereusedastheadsorbenttoremoveCd2+withtheinitialconcentration of100μg/Linwater.Theeffectsofadsorptiontime,adsorbentdosage,adsorptiontemperatureandpHontheadsorption propertieswerediscussed,andthekineticsoftheadsorptionofcadmiumontocompositematerialswasalsostudied.The resultsshowedthatwhentheadsorptiontimewas30min,theadsorbentdosagewas1.0g/L,pHwas8.5,adsorptiontem? peraturewas30℃,theCd2+removalratereachedupto95%.Andtheprocessofcellulose/zeolitecompositematerialsad? sorptiontoCd2+agreedwellwiththeFreundlichadsorptionisothermmodelandtheLagergrentwostagerateequation
