Pd-Pb/ -Al2O3催化剂上环戊二烯的选择加氢反应Keywords: 环戊二烯, 选择加氢, 环戊烯, Pd-Pb/ -Al2O3, 表征cyclopentadiene, selective hydrogenation, cyclopentene, Pd-Pb/ -Al2O3, characterization Abstract: 采用等体积浸渍法制备双金属催化剂Pd-Pb/ -Al2O3,考察了该催化剂在 环戊二烯(CPD)选择加氢制备环戊烯(CPE)反应中影响催化效果的因素,并采 用X射线衍射 (XRD)、电感耦合等离子体(ICP)、程序升温还原(TPR)和BET 等方法表征催化剂的性质及结构.实验表明,添加铅后的双金属催化剂反应活性 优于单金属催化剂Pd/ -Al2O3.在铅钯物质的量之比为1,预还原温度为180 ℃ ,反应温度120 ℃的条件下,可以使CPD转化率达到90.6%,CPE的选择性达到86. 9%.The bimetallic catalyst, Pd-Pb/ -Al2O3, was prepared by the method of incipient wetness impregnation. Its influence factors on se lective hydrogenation of cyclopentadiene(CPD) to cyclopentene (CPE) we re also investigated.Then the catalyst was characterized by means of X -ray diffraction (XRD),inductively coupled plasma (ICP),temperature-pr ogrammed reduction (TPR)and BET. The results showed that the bimetalli c catalyst which was modified by lead was better than Pd-Pb/ -Al2O3.T he conversion of CPD was above 90.6%,and the yield of CPE was above 86 .9% when Pb/Pd(mole ratio)=1, the reduction temperature was 180℃ and the reaction temperature was 120℃.
