醇热法制备氧化铜-多孔氮化硼纳米纤维复合物DOI: 10.14081/j.cnki.hgdxb.2018.03.011 Keywords: BN纳米纤维, CuO, 纳米复合物, 吸附, 光催化BNnanofiber, CuO, nanocomposite, adsorption, photocatalyticdegradation Abstract: 以多孔氮化硼(p-BN)纳米纤维为基底,通过醇热法在其表面原位生长氧化铜(CuO)纳米晶体,最 终制得p-BN@CuO纳米复合材料,并对其光催化性质进行测试.研究结果表明,簇芽状CuO负载在直径约 50nm的一维p-BN纳米纤维基底的表面,此结构一方面利用p-BN纳米纤维作为载体分散氧化铜纳米晶体;另 一方面,簇芽状CuO纳米晶体拓宽了p-BN纳米纤维的性质.CuO纳米晶体在p-BN纳米纤维表面的均匀负 载,使得p-BN@CuO纳米复合材料对可见光有响应并对有机染料具有良好的催化降解性能.Herewedesignedasimpleethanol-thermalmethodtosynthesizep-BN@CuOnanocompositesbyusingpo? rousboronnitride(p-BN)nanofibersassubstrateandtheCuOnanocrystalswereinsitegrownonthesurfaceofp-BN, thenthephotocatalyticpropertiesofthenanocompositesweretested.Theresultsindicatedthatthep-BNnanofiberswith adiameterofabout50nmwerecoatedwithbud-likecopperoxidenanocrystals,whichthep-BNnanofiberswereused assubstratefordispersingtheCuOnanostructureswhilebud-likeCuObroadenthepropertiesofp-BNnanofibers.The uniformcoatingofCuOnanocrystalsonthesurfaceofp-BNnanofibersmakesthep-BN@CuOnanocompositesrespond tovisiblelightandhavegoodcatalyticdegradationpropertiesfororganicdyes.
