超低热值多孔介质燃烧器积木型内芯结构的试验研究DOI: 10.14081/j.cnki.hgdxb.2018.03.014 Keywords: 超低热值燃气, 多孔介质, 燃烧器, 积木型结构ultra-lowcaloricgas(ULCG), porousmedia, combustor, building-blockstructure Abstract: 基于一种具有热量回流的超低热值燃气多孔介质燃烧器,通过进行多孔介质块的积木式排列,构建了 多种孔隙分布的多孔介质燃烧室结构. 完成了在理论当量比和一定燃烧强度时,超低热值燃气在不同多孔介质 积木型内芯结构中燃烧的温度变化和污染物排放测试. 研究结果表明:与截面孔隙密度不变的多孔介质内芯相 比,在孔隙密度沿流动方向逐渐降低的情况下,当外侧多孔介质孔隙密度比中心减小时,火焰温度和燃烧稳 定性均降低,CO排放量增大;当外侧孔隙密度比中心增大时,火焰温度和稳定性升高,CO排放量减少.Thispaperintroducesaserialofporousmediacombustionchambersconstructedwithdifferentporedistribu? tionbybuilding-blockstructureofporousmediumblocks.Thecombustorwasdesignedfortheultra-lowcaloricgas (ULCG)basedonheatrecirculation.Attheoreticalequivalentratioandacertainfiringrate,thetemperaturechangeand thepollutantemissionsweremeasuredwhentheultra-lowcalorificvaluegascombustedinvariousbuilding-blockstruc? tureofporousmedia.Theresultsshowedthatbycomparingwiththeinnercoreofporousmediawithfixeddensityofpore′s cross-section,wefoundthatwhentheporedensitydecreasedalongtheflowdirection,andtheouterporedensityofpo? rousmediawassmallerthanthatofthecenter,theflametemperatureandcombustionreducedstably,andCOemissions increased;However,whentheouterporedensityofporousmediawaslargerthanthatofthecenter,theflametempera? tureandcombustionincreasedstablyandCOemissionsreduced.
