3DP工艺中粘结剂撞击与渗透仿真研究

Abstract:

为了提高3DP工艺的成型精度以及成型效率,采用COMSOLMultiphysics多物理仿真软件对粘结剂的撞 击过程和渗透过程进行了仿真模拟,分别分析了呋喃树脂溶液等5种不同属性溶液对于撞击过程和渗透过程的 影响. 通过高速摄影机分别对呋喃树脂溶液在石英石面板的撞击过程和呋喃树脂溶液在焙烧砂的渗透过程进行 观测,待过程结束后,将粘结剂的凝聚单元在显微镜下进行观察,通过实验结果与仿真结果的对比,说明了 粘结剂撞击和渗透过程中仿真模拟的可行性.
Inordertoimprovetheformingprecisionandformingefficiencyof3DPprocess,COMSOLMultiphysics multi-physicssimulationsoftwarewasusedtosimulatetheimpactprocessandinfiltrationprocessofthebinder.Andthe effectsoffivedifferentpropertiessolutionsuchasfuranresinsolution onimpactandpenetrationwereanalyzedrespec? tively.Theimpactprocessoffuransolutioninquartzitepanelandtheinfiltrationprocessoffuransolutionincalcined sandwereobservedbyhighspeedcamera.Aftertheprocesswasfinished,theaggregationunitofthebinderwasob? servedunderthemicroscope.Bycomparingtheexperimentalresultsandsimulationresults,thefeasibilityofthesimula? tioninthebinderimpactprocessandinfiltrationprocesshasbeenproved.
