Cu2+对HA形态结构与其三卤甲烷生成能力影响的研究DOI: 10.14081/j.cnki.hgdxb.2018.04.010 Keywords: Cu2+, 三卤甲烷生成能力(THMsFP), 超滤(UF), 分子量(MW) ,Cu2+, trihalomethanesformationpotential(THMsFP), ultra-filtration(UF), moleculeweight(MW) Abstract: 为研究Cu2+在氯化过程中对腐殖酸(HA)形态结构和其消毒副产物――三卤甲烷生成能力(THMsFP) 的影响,考察了Cu2+浓度和反应pH对THMsFP的影响,并采用紫外可见光谱、红外光谱以及超滤膜分级 (UF)等方法对有机物进行分析和表征.结果表明:Cu2+在不同pH条件下对THMsFP均有一定的促进作用,其 促进作用随pH升高而增强,其中分子量范围在10~30kDa、30~100kDa和大于100kDa的HA受Cu2+的影响最 大.这主要是因为:Cu2+首先与HA中带有甲基或亚甲基、酚、醇、醚的芳香环结构发生络合作用,同时也通过 该结构加速HA的水解反应,催化HOCl和HOBr与HA发生氧化和取代反应,从而促进THMs的生成.InordertostudytheeffectofCu2+onthetransformationofhumicacid(HA)anditstrihalomethanesforma? tionpotential(THMsFP),theeffectsofCu2+concentrationandreactionpHontheformationofTHMswerestudied,and theUV-visiblespectroscopy(UV-Vis).Fourierinfraredspectroscopy(FTIR)andultra-filtration(UF)wereemployedto analyzetheorganicmatterduringchlorination.TheresultsindicatedCu2+ underdifferentpHconditionscontributedto theyieldofTHMsFP,anditseffectincreasedwiththeincreaseofpH.Amongthem,HAwithinthemolecularweight rangeof10-30kDawasaffectedmostbyCu2+.ThiswasmainlybecauseCu2+firstinteractedwiththestructuresofphe? nols,alcohols,andcarboxylgroupsinHA.ItalsoacceleratedthehydrolysisreactionofHAthroughthisstructureand catalyzedtheoxidationandsubstitutionreactionsofHOClandHOBrwithHA,therebypromotingtheformationofTHMs.
