滑模施工过程中路线几何线型对平整度的影响分析DOI: 10.14081/j.cnki.hgdxb.2018.04.020 Keywords: 平整度, 滑模施工, 纵坡, 横坡slip-form, slipformconstruction, longitudinalslope, transverseslope Abstract: 影响滑模施工水泥混凝土路面平整度的因素较多,其中对施工过程中道路几何线型对路面的影响的研 究尚不深入. 为探究横、纵坡度对路面施工平整度影响,采用利用车载式激光平整度仪对试验路段进行平整度 测定. 结果表明:纵坡小于0.3%时,上、下坡施工对平整度影响不大;纵坡大于1.5%时,施工时宜沿下坡方 向进行作业. 横坡对施工平整度的影响作用较纵坡度弱;只有当横坡度大于5%时,平整度有变差趋势. 施工 时可根据以上结论进行调整.Therearemanyfactorsinfluencingtheflatnessofcementconcretepavement,buttheresearchontheroad geometrylinetypewhichmayinfluencethepavementinslip-formprocessisnotdeepenough.Inordertolearnthatthe influenceoflongitudinalandtransverseslopeonthepavementconstructionflatness,theflatnessofthetestroadismea? suredbyvehicle-mountedlasermachine.TheresultsshowthatIfthelongitudinalslopeislessthan0.3%,thereisnoef? fectontheconstructionofflatness,ontheotherside,ifitismorethen0.3%,pavementconstructionshouldalongthedi? rectionofthelongitudinalslope.Ifthetransverseslopereaches5%,theflatnesswillbeworse.
