电动汽车用永磁游标电机的设计与研究

Abstract:

提出具有低速大转矩特性的电动汽车用转子双边永磁型游标电机,结构上采用双定子、中间转子形式.内、外定子设计有能够完成磁通调制作用的调磁齿,转子磁极直接面向两侧气隙,实现了磁场内、外侧的双重调制,增强了电机转矩的输出能力.阐述了该电机的工作原理、说明了设计方法,给出电机设计参数及结构、装配示意图,以转矩的最大输出为目标,对内、外定子调磁齿周向宽度、径向高度及极弧系数等对电机性能有较大影响的结构参数进行优化研究,建立该电机的二维有限元模型,对该电机的电磁性能进行仿真分析,计算结果验证了理论分析的正确性.
Abstract: A novel vernier motor with permanent magnets on both sides of the rotor which has the characteristics of low-speed large-torque for electric vehicle was proposed, and the double stator and intermediate rotor were adopted. The flux modulation teeth were designed on the inner and outer stator which can achieve the function of magnetic flux modulation. The poles of the rotor facing the air gap on both sides directly and the magnetic field modulation were achieved on the inner and outer gaps so that the capability of the torque output was improved. The working principle and the design method of the motor were introduced and the detailed design parameters, structure and assembly diagrams were given. The motor was analyzed with the target of the maximum torque and the structural parameters such as the width of circumferential direction of the inner and outer teeth, the height of radial direction of the inner and outer teeth and the pole arc coefficient which were closely related to the motor performance were optimized. The finite element model of the motor was constructed, and the electromagnetic performance of the motor was analyzed. The simulation results validated the correctness of theoretical analysis.
