话语重构与我国政治学研究的转型

话语体系的危机已经成为我国哲学社会科学界不得不正视的重大问题,因为它直接关系到实现中国自主性这一宏旨。我国的政治学研究在话语体系方面同样存在不容忽视的诸多问题。学界现有的讨论未能清晰区分三个不同层面的问题:中国主位意识、学术发展阶段和学术话语权。中国主位意识是话语重构的前提,但离开学术发展阶段决定的研究水平的支撑,不仅话语重构难以完成,政治学的话语权也将难以有效拓展。这三个层面不可或缺而又互相联系,构成我们反思政治学话语体系的三个维度。就我国政治学现有的概念、理论和方法状况而言,也可以从这三个维度展开具体剖析,进而明确后续学术研究应该转型的方向。当然,在这一努力中,也应保持清醒的头脑,既要尊重学术共同体和学者的自主性,也要尊重政治学学术发展的内在规律。
Abstract：The crisis of the discourse system has become a major issue that China's philosophy and social sciences have to face because it is directly related to the ambitious purpose of realizing China's autonomy. There are also many issues that cannot be ignored in the discourse system in China's political science research. The current discussion in the academic community failed to clearly distinguish three issues at different levels: the awareness of the Chinese subjectivity, academic development, and academic discourse. The consciousness of Chinese subjectivity is the premise of discourse reconstruction, but without the support of the research level, it's difficult to carry out the discourse reconstruction, nor improve the right of political discourse. These three levels are indispensable and interrelated, constituting three dimensions of our reflections on the political discourse system. In terms of the current concepts, theories and methods of China's political science, it is also possible to look into the three dimensions and further to clarify the directions which subsequent academic research will take. In this endeavor we should show our respect to the autonomy of academic communities and scholars, and to the inherent rules of the academic development of political science as well.
