Abstract:

针对牧草压扁机作业过程中压扁间隙调节困难等问题,设计了一种新型牧草压扁机间隙调节装置。选择喂入量,上、下压扁辊间隙和回复弹簧拉力为影响其作业性能的主要参数,以压扁率高及碎草损失小为试验评价指标,采用正交试验方法及隶属度加权综合评分法进行了试验研究和结果分析,得出了牧草压扁最优组合:喂入量为2.16 kg·s-1,上、下压扁辊间隙为3 mm,回复弹簧拉力为850 N。按照该最优方案进行试验,试验结果表明:牧草压扁率平均值为94.7%,碎草损失率平均值为2.18%,满足 牧草收获的作业要求。
A new gap adjusting device of mower conditioner was developed to solve the difficult problem adjusting flattening gap during operation process. The feeding amount, upper and lower flattened roll gap and tension of spring were selected as the major parameters for affecting the work performance and the high flattening ratio and less losses of crushed grass as evaluating indicators. The test research and results were carried out the analysis by using the orthogonal experimental method and membership degree weighted comprehensive evaluation method, has obtained the optimal combination for flattening grass: The feeding amount was 2.16 kg·s-1, the upper and lower flattened roll gap was 3 mm, and the tension of spring was 850 N. According to this optimal combination to carry out the test, the experimental results showed that: The average flattening rate was 94.7%, the average crushed grass loss rate was 2.18% which could be met the operation demand of forage harvest.
