Abstract:

根据高磁导率铁材料和高电导率材料的电磁屏蔽特性,将铜绕组缠绕在铁芯上,圆柱形屏蔽体壳放入由铜绕组产生的均匀磁场中,利用三维有限元法对圆柱形屏蔽体壳的磁屏蔽特性进行了研究.分析磁屏蔽体厚度、屏蔽体的层数和激励频率对磁屏蔽效能的影响,以解决采用高磁导率材料和高电导率材料等不同磁屏蔽材料磁屏蔽体的最佳磁屏蔽方案问题.探索提高磁屏蔽效率的新技术,对电磁兼容问题的解决具有重要理论和实际意义.
Based on the electromagnetic shielding properties of high permeability ferromagnetic material and high conductivity materials,a three-dimensional finite element method analysis was performed to evaluate the magnetic characteristics of the cylindrical shield immersed in a steady uniform magnetic field generating by the copper coil on the iron core.The effects of the thickness of the magnetic shielding material,the number of layers of the cylindrical shell,and the excitation frequency on the magnetic shielding effectiveness were studied.The problem of optimal magnetic shielding method for different magnetic shielding materials such as the high permeability material and high electrical conductivity material is to be solved.The new technologies are explored to improve the efficiency of the magnetic shielding,which has important theoretical and applied significance in the electromagnetic compatibility problem.
