浇注式沥青混合料抗剪强度及标准研究Keywords: 沥青混合料 单轴贯入试验 黏聚力 抗剪强度asphalt mixtures uniaxial penetration test cohesive force shear strength Abstract: 采用单轴贯入试验和无侧限抗压强度试验分析了加载速率、油石比、温度、级配类型及沥青种类对浇注式沥青混合料的抗剪强度的影响.通过有限元数值计算获得钢桥面铺装结构中浇注式沥青混合料的抗剪强度参数,绘制出不同荷载作用下的混合料抗剪强度标准曲线,并结合试验对混合料抗剪强度指标进行了验证.研究表明,由于自身材料组成特点,浇注式沥青混合料抗剪强度参数在不同因素影响下呈现一定的特殊变化规律,虽然浇注式沥青混合料满足荷载条件下的抗剪强度要求,但黏聚力不足会引起混合料剪切流动变形.在浇注式沥青铺装设计中,分析因为考虑抗剪强度不足引起混合料剪切流动变形时需同时考虑混合料黏聚力和摩擦角.Based on uniaxial penetration tests and unconfined compressive strength tests, the effect of loading rate, asphalt-aggregate ratio, temperature, gradation types, and asphalt types on the shear strength of gussasphalt was analyzed. Through finite element numerical calculation for a structure of steel bridge deck paving, the shear strength parameters of gussasphalt were obtained and standard curves of the shear strength under different loads were drawn, and shear strength indexes were verified with experiments. The results show that, because of its material composition characteristics, the shear strength parameters of gussasphalt present a certain special variation law under the influence of different factors. Although gussasphalt meets the shear strength requirements under load conditions, lack of cohesive force will cause shear flow deformation of the mixture. When the shear flow deformation of the mixture caused by insufficient shear strength was analyzed in gussasphalt paving design, parameters such as cohesive force and friction angle should also be considered.
