MgO和矿焦混装对烧结矿熔滴性能的影响

Abstract:

摘要 以不同质量分数的MgO烧结矿为原料,考察了MgO质量分数以及矿焦混装对熔化温度、熔化区间以及最大压差的影响,并对熔化温度的变化进行了理论分析.研究表明:当烧结矿中MgO质量分数由1.3%增加至2.0%时,熔化开始温度基本不变,熔化终了温度升高,熔化区间(t○D-t○S)由156℃增加到207℃,最大压差Δp○max由10kPa增加到11kPa;当w(MgO)=2.0%,且烧结矿与矿焦混装时,熔化开始温度由1312℃增加到1324℃,熔化终了温度由1519℃降低到1480℃,熔化区间t○D-t○S由207℃降低到156℃,最大压差Δp○max由11kPa降低到7kPa,故使用矿焦混装可改善高炉熔滴性能.
Abstract:Using sinters with different MgO contents as raw material, the effects of MgO content and nut coke mixed charging on the melting temperature, melting zone and maximum pressure drop of sinter bed were investigated, and the change of melting temperature was analyzed. The experimental results show that, when MgO mass fraction in sinter increases from 1.3% to 2.0%, the starting melting temperature (t○S) changes slightly, the dripping temperature (t○D) increases, the melting zone (t○D-t○S) increases from 156℃ to 207℃, and the maximum pressure drop increases from 10kPa to 11kPa. When sinter with w(MgO)=2.0% is mixed with nut coke, t○S increases from 1312℃ to 1324℃, t○D decreases from 1519℃ to 1480℃, melting zone (t○D-t○S) decreases from 207℃ to 156℃, and the maximum pressure drop decreases from 11kPa to 7kPa, showing that the mixed charging of sinter with nut coke can improve the melting-dripping property of burden.
